*Job Description:*

As an Operations Associate, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our institute's front office operations. Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as managing appointments and schedules.
- Assisting with course enrollment and registration processes.
- Coordinating with instructors and staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

*Requirements and Qualifications:*

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- *2 years of experience:* You must have at least 2 years of experience in a front office or similar role, preferably in an educational or customer service setting.
- *Language Skills:* Proficiency in Malayalam & English is highly desirable.
- *Customer Focus:* A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- *Organizational Skills:* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- *Team Player:* A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- *Tech Savvy:* Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
