We are looking for one of our Group Company Clover Greens Pvt Ltd an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with resort/restaurant experience.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Oversee Housekeeping Operations: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
2. Ensure the surrounding areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained, including trash removal, landscaping, and equipment maintenance.
3. Restaurant and Banquet Support: Provide housekeeping support for restaurant and banquet operations, including setting up and breaking down events, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining inventory of linens and supplies.
4. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
5. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
6. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budgeting and cost control measures to minimize expenses and optimize housekeeping operations.
Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, including reporting incidents and conducting investigations.
Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as renovations, events, and training initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Housekeeping Experience: 2+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a golf course or hospitality environment.
2. Supervisory Experience: 1+ year of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as hospitality or housekeeping certifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
