**Job Overview**:
The Tool Grip is responsible for assisting machinists and operators in preparing tools, fixtures, and components for machining operations. The role supports smooth machine shop activities, ensuring correct tool handling, identification, and readiness for production in fixture manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tool Handling & Preparation**:

- Collect, clean, and arrange cutting tools, holders, and inserts for VMC and CNC machines.
- Ensure proper tool clamping and balancing before issuing to operators.
- Maintain records of tool issue and return.
- **Fixture & Job Support**:

- Assist in loading and unloading fixtures, jigs, and workpieces.
- Support setup team in fixture alignment and clamping activities.
- Handle components safely to prevent damage.
- **Inventory & Maintenance**:

- Maintain tool crib inventory—track availability and condition of tools and consumables.
- Inform supervisor about worn-out or damaged tools for replacement.
- Keep the tool area organized and clean.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow standard operating procedures and tool identification systems.
- Handle cutting tools and fixtures safely using proper PPE.
- Support in maintaining 5S and housekeeping in the machining area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,228.40 - ₹35,000.00 per month
