- Report to Sales Manager.
- To meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them.
- Get guidance from sales manager and Discuss with team consistently to meet sales targets
- Identify sales revenue trends
- Identify new product and new dealer’s sales opportunities
- Create and send accurate monthly reports. Reports should indicate the following:
- Plan vs achieved.
- Reason for any shortfalls
- SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)
- Next month targets
Target: Reports to be submitted by 5th of Every Month for the prior month.
- Also send dealers report to the dealers directly which will contain the following
- Dealers overall target
- Targets achieved at the month end
- Remaining targets to be achieved for the following months
- Monitor annual sales strategy and quarterly targets and prepare reports, annual budgets and submit regular forecasts
- Test sales strategy
- To ensure that customers are happy with our services that satisfy their needs
- Get their feedback and discuss the same in the quarterly management meeting
- Based on analysis, contribute to the planning of sales strategy such as tactical campaigns, conducting events workshops
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through follow-up calls, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Attend and participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, workshops, training programs or conferences
- Attending events/activities that is being organized by Srishti or when Srishti joins hands with associations, during weekends or whenever necessary/required
- Ensure successful communication with colleagues
- Be abreast with brand and product information
- Ensure that you have to work with a single data to ensure one version of the truth
