**Job Title: Immigration Counselor for Students**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Consultation**: Meet with students to assess their immigration needs, educational goals, and study abroad preferences.
- **Visa Assessment**: Evaluate students' academic backgrounds, language proficiency, and financial resources to determine the most suitable visa options for studying abroad.
- **Visa Interview Preparation**: Conduct mock visa interviews and provide coaching on interview techniques, communication skills, and relevant visa interview questions to help students prepare for visa interviews at embassies or consulates.
- **Immigration Compliance**: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures governing student visas in various countries, ensuring students' compliance with legal requirements.
- **Financial Planning**: Provide information on study abroad costs, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid options available for international students, and assist students in budgeting for their study abroad experience.
- **Health Insurance**: Advise students on health insurance requirements, coverage options, and medical services available in their host country, ensuring they have adequate health insurance coverage during their stay abroad.
- **Cultural Orientation**: Offer cultural orientation sessions, pre-departure briefings, and resources on cultural norms, customs, etiquette, and safety tips to help students adapt to their new environment and make the most of their study abroad experience.
- **Post-Arrival Support**: Provide ongoing support to students after their arrival in the host country, including assistance with housing, orientation, academic integration, and adjusting to academic and cultural challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international relations, immigration law, education, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in immigration counseling, student advising, or study abroad advising is preferred.
- Knowledge of immigration laws, visa regulations, and documentation requirements for student visas in various countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with educational resources and support services for international students.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and online tools.
- Commitment to promoting international education and cultural exchange.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,945.61 - ₹32,584.89 per month
