**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Visa Guidance & Counseling**:

- Assess client needs and provide expert advice on visa options (student and tourist ) based on individual profiles and requirements.
- Offer advice on how to improve the chances of visa approval.

**2. Application Processing & Documentation**:

- Guide clients on how to present their cases in the best possible way to improve approval chances.

**3. Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest visa policies, immigration laws, and changes in documentation requirements across various countries.

**4. Client Follow-ups & Support**:

- Address client concerns, answer questions, and offer solutions to any issues that may arise.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in visa counseling or immigration services.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset to assess visa eligibility and resolve issues.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law, international relations, or a related field).
- Additional certifications in immigration services or visa counseling are a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
