- Implement efficient inventory control measures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.
- Ensure proper labeling and categorization for easy retrieval.
- Supervise and manage the daily store activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Monitor the movement of goods to/from the store to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and merchandising teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to track the delivery of goods.
- Maintain updated stock records in the inventory management system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, material usage, and shortages.
- Ensure all documentation complies with audit requirements.
- Lead and guide the store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct training sessions to improve store efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the store is compliant with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or mishandling.
