Key Responsibilities
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales Presentations**: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers in a way that addresses their specific needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Awareness**: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance using CRM software.
- **Customer Support**: Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product or service issues.
- **Goal Achievement**: Working towards and meeting daily, weekly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- **Sales Mindset**: A goal-driven attitude, strong persuasive skills, and a passion for sales are crucial for success.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is often recommended, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing processess.
