**Some of the things you will be doing**:

- **Support strategic financial planning and analysis**for multiple high-impact programs within the Enterprise Technology organization including asset management, medium-term planning, scenario modelling, and investment case development.
- **Collaborate with technology capability leaders**to understand product portfolio and lifecycle, maintain financial transparency and accuracy of capability cost pools, track internal product consumption metrics, and drive greater insights into financial trends.
- **Support monthly close activities**and collaborate closely with accounting teams, including definition of accruals, prepaid and analysis of variances to budget or prior periods, detailed analysis and presentation of monthly performance results, and presentation of the results to key business stakeholders.
- **Support monthly and quarterly business reviews**, delivering insights and storytelling that connect financial outcomes to operational strategies, helping senior leaders make more informed decisions.
- **Enhance forecasting and budgeting processes**, including building and managing dynamic financial models that incorporate drivers beyond traditional expense categories.
- **Partner with Procurement and Vendor Management**to streamline spend analysis, develop cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate vendor performance through financial lens.
- **Lead continuous improvement initiatives**by identifying automation opportunities within reporting and forecasting cycles, leveraging tools like Power BI and advanced Excel modelling.
- **Champion a culture of learning and innovation**, actively engaging in professional development and contributing to a more agile and data-savvy finance team.

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**
- 5+ years’ experience in in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, compile, interpret and summarize data from multiple sources and develop recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of financial metrics and accounting concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Microsoft Excel & data visualization.
- Self-motivated with ability to operate independently or within a team structure.
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills with attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the company, with a strong focus on senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, shift priorities and meet deadlines.
