**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly & quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial modeling and business case analysis.
- Drive accurate and timely consolidation of financial data using Advanced Excel.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business outcomes.
- Support senior leadership with actionable insights through KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

**Eligibility**
- CMA (2025 pass-outs) OR
- MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or budgeting.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- **Advanced proficiency in Excel** (mandatory): Pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, automation.
- Exceptional communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
