Position : Ecommerce Assistant

Location : Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

**Assist in managing product listings, updating inventory, and maintaining the online store.**
**Provide support to the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and campaigns.**
**Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.**
**Monitor and maintain the accuracy of online product details, descriptions, and images.**
**Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and improving customer experience.**

**Required Skills**:
**Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.**
**Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales processes.**
**Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.**
**Attention to detail and organizational skills.**
**Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).**
**Knowledge of customer support tools or CRM systems.**
**Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO practices.**
**Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.**

**Additional Requirements**:
**Self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce.**
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
**Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle various tasks simultaneously.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
