**Company Overview**:SILICA _(a division of Edit Systems Pvt Ltd)_ is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch) for admissions to design programs. Over the last 18+ years, 18,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges in India and Abroad. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has 25 centers in Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore & Lucknow.

We are a 32 year old educational group with 2 other educational divisions running successfully across India.

An increasing number of SILICA students are opting to student design abroad. We are looking for a student focused, enthusiastic and ambitious “study abroad counselor” to guide our students and parents.

**Location**: Mumbai (Dadar) or Pune (Deccan)

**Tools Expertise**:Knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Google Sheets-Slides-Docs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality counseling services to students, maintaining industry standards and best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for students, parents and partners, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring strategic partnerships and a diverse range of study abroad programs.
- Provide innovative inputs for improving our product and services and bringing growth in the study abroad division.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, counseling techniques, visa documentation and program knowledge.
- Advise students on visa procedures, accommodation options, and other logístical aspects of studying abroad.
- Stay abreast of global trends in international education, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across different centers / branches.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
