Oversee and coordinates the continuous, multifaceted daily operations of the radio station and ensuring compliance with broadcast standards.

Generate and research ideas for programs, source on-air contributors, write and develop scripts.

Present programs on-air or manage the presenters for pre-recorded or live broadcast content.

Undertaking editing, review information and content in order to help manage radio productions.

Network with other businesses, agencies and organizations to increase the market for advertising.

Develop budget plans and operate within their parameters.

Responding to audience feedback and referring on to other departments as necessary

Checking that copyrights are cleared

In addition to the above, any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
