**Onboarding Calls Specialist**:
As an Onboarding Calls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our executives and merchants. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with merchants, providing valuable assistance to ensure the completion of pending actions necessary for their profile setup, such as adding bank account information. This will pave the way for merchants to start adding their products to our platform successfully.

**Responsibilities**:
Merchant Engagement:
Initiate onboarding calls with merchants to guide them through pending actions, such as adding bank account information to their profiles.

Provide step-by-step assistance to merchants, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Profile Setup Support:
Collaborate with merchants to address any challenges or questions they may have in completing their profiles.

Offer guidance on optimizing their profiles for product addition to the platform.

**Welcome Calls Specialist**:
In the role of Welcome Calls Specialist, you will focus on extending a warm welcome to our customers, merchants, and delivery partners. Your goal is to reassure them of our ongoing support and to ensure their experience on our portal is as seamless as possible.

**Responsibilities**:
Warm Welcomes:
Reach out to customers, merchants, and delivery partners through welcome calls to introduce them to our platform.

Establish a positive rapport and convey our commitment to providing exceptional support.

Support Assurance:
Provide assurance and support, addressing any initial concerns or queries to enhance user confidence in our platform.

Act as a resource for information on navigating and utilizing our portal effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
