**Role Description**
This is a remote full-time Salesperson role with Neon Developers. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies to increase revenue, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated Sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve measurable results
- Ability to conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
