Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management - International Business:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions.
- Customer Portfolio Management - International Business:

- Manage the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely response to inquiries and resolution of issues.
- Monitor customer account performance and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - International Business:

- Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis - International Business:

- Prepare and present regular reports on customer relationships, sales performance, and market analysis to management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of customer relationship strategies and suggest enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement - International Business:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of customer relationship strategies and suggest enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Language Fluency: Spanish Mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,076.61 - ₹35,584.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
