**Title**: US Recruitment Junior Recruiter

We are seeking full life cycle **US Recruitment Junior Recruiters **You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

**Must Have Skills**:

- 6 months to 1 year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for IT positions.
- Experience recruiting for contingent roles within the IT sector for multiple industries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Source for applicants who skills would fit open positions.
- Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
