**Academic Trainer for English & Implementation Coordinator**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive **Academic Trainer** to conduct training sessions for teachers and school staff while also ensuring smooth **implementation and adoption** of our platform in schools. This dual-role involves both **on-ground training delivery** and **tracking/reporting** on product usage and feedback to drive impact and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging product training sessions to teachers and school teams (in-person or online)
- Guide schools through onboarding, activation, and first-use journeys
- Track product implementation, usage, and adoption across assigned schools
- Maintain timely reports, feedback, and documentation using Google Sheets/CRM
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of any academic or tech issues
- Share insights from the field to help improve training effectiveness and product usage
- Conduct regular follow-ups with schools to boost platform engagement

**Preferred Profile**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or any relevant field
- Open for Travelling is a requirement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good with tracking tools (Google Sheets, Excel); familiarity with digital platforms is a plus
- Passion for education and working with schools
