**Job Title**: Lab Technician
**Location**: My Labs, Meera Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Experience Required**: 2 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, urine, stool, and other samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and patient data.
- Ensure timely reporting of results to doctors and patients.
- Perform quality control checks and calibrations on lab equipment.
- Collect and prepare specimens for testing, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory stock, ordering supplies when required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical/diagnostic laboratory.
- Proficient in operating automated analyzers and manual techniques.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
