**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **House Tours**:

- Conduct and present house tour videos, showcasing properties in a detailed and engaging manner.
- Highlight key features of the properties, from architecture to unique selling points, to create compelling content for social media platforms and websites.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align content with current listings and marketing goals.
- **Real Estate Series**:

- Host and produce a real estate-focused series that educates potential buyers, investors, and the general public on various real estate topics (e.g., buying tips, investment strategies, market trends, etc.).
- Develop and execute content ideas that bring fresh perspectives and valuable insights into the world of real estate.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the series aligns with EZTatez's brand identity and messaging.
- **Social Media & Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute video content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Engage with followers and fans, responding to questions, comments, and feedback on the content.
- Stay on top of current trends in real estate and social media to ensure our content is relevant and cutting-edge.
- **Creative Direction**:

- Develop creative concepts and storylines for both house tours and real estate series that align with the company’s goals.
- Suggest new video formats, interactive content, and ideas that help increase engagement and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or on-camera presenting (preferably in real estate or a related field).
- A portfolio or previous content samples showcasing your ability to present and create engaging videos is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to connect with a wide range of viewers.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, property features, and the ability to speak intelligently about real estate topics.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and basic knowledge of social media platforms for video distribution.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the creativity to come up with engaging video ideas.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Energetic, personable, and confident on camera.
- A passion for real estate and creating content that educates and inspires.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality videos from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team to meet deadlines and objectives.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
