Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver motivational speeches and workshops to various audiences, including businesses, schools, and community organizations.
- Research and analyze current trends and best practices in motivational speaking to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
- Customize speeches and training programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote speaking engagements.
- Provide follow-up coaching and support to clients to ensure continued success.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports on speaking engagements and client interactions.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance professional development and expand network.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communication, public speaking, or related field.
- Proven experience as a motivational speaker, public speaker, or similar role.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of motivation, goal-setting, and personal development.
- Ability to customize speeches and training programs to meet the needs of various audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to travel to various locations for speaking engagements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per hour
