**Job Title**: System Administrator (Windows/Linux & LMS Support)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **Level 1 support** for Windows and Linux desktop systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software across desktops and laptops.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure in **classrooms and training labs** (projectors, audio systems, internet, smart boards, etc.).
- Offer **LMS support** - user account creation, troubleshooting access issues, uploading content, and coordinating with the LMS provider for escalated issues.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and escalate to the network team when needed.
- Support virtual classrooms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet) including setup and real-time issue resolution.
- Regular system health checks, software updates, and antivirus management.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and track usage.
- Provide end-user training for common system and LMS issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of proven experience** as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
- Working knowledge of **Windows and Linux operating systems** (basic shell commands, system settings, software installation).
- Experience supporting or administering **LMS platforms** (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Familiarity with classroom IT hardware and AV equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as **CompTIA A+**, **Linux Essentials**, or **Microsoft Certified**.
- Exposure to cloud-based learning platforms and basic scripting knowledge.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
