Position: Customer Care Representative / BPO Executive
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inbound calling experience
- Language**:Fluent in English with a US accent**
- Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. -Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with billing, technical support, and general queries.
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work in rotational shifts, following the US time zone schedule.
- Qualifications:
- Fluent English with a US accent.
- Minimum 1 year of inbound calling or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts with a 9-hour duty schedule.
- Previous experience in the telecommunication industry is advantageous.
- Compensation:
- Salary: 25,000 to 50,000, based on experience and interview evaluation
- Additional incentives based on performance.
