**Mission Details**:
- Ensure R&D activities in compliance with HSEQ and operational requirements.
- Ensure product development projects strictly following the Stage-Gate process.
- Ensure product development project output/milestone in timely manner with good quality and efficiency.
- Product Development: Develop new products for different markets, Learn DOE tools and try to use it for formula design, follow Bostik project management tools (stage gate, clarity, etc).
- Technical Assurance: provide technical support to target/potential customers and Bostik manufacturing plants. Responsible for scale up of new products from laboratory to full commercialization.
- Knowledge management: Deliver project documentation and communication in the form of internal technical reports/presentations and external publications (when appropriate);
- 5S: Be a good 5S team member.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports as required.
- HSEQ: Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure; Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ; Adhere to the operation concept of energy saving and environmental protection. Implement basic energy-saving awareness in daily work and support the company's energy saving and environmental work.
- Others: Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
**Required Profile**:
- BSc/BE or above, in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field required.
