Requisition for a Chief Technology Officer - **Preferred Location: Madurai or Chennai (Tamil Nadu), or Bangalore (Karnataka)** Brief Profile: A part of the leadership team, reporting to the MD / CEO 12-15 years of experience with leading IT companies with exposure to Product development from architecting to deployment, systems integration, API development, automation, cloud based operations, large volume data processing and database & infrastructure management, data / information security. **Responsibilities**: As the overall leader of the Information Technology functions(Software, Hardware and Data), the key responsibilities include creating a digital environment in the organisation with specific strategic focus on: - Client management and seamless interaction (Pursuit - Contracting - Continuous Feedback) - Knowledge and Database Management (Maintenance and updation of a robust and a wide knowledge database and integration into operations team) - Operations automation (Contracting - operations - billing) with an intention to digitise / productise the various solutions offered by the Company. Core responsibilities include: - Being a part of Strategic decision making, thought leadership & innovation in the company. - Consolidate the relevant available technology platforms, integrate them for seamless delivery - New product development for identified growth segments; ideation to deployment - Facilitating appropriate decision making; balanced trade offs with client expectations. - Identification of the appropriate / network and Data Center related aspects / assets on an optimal basis - Track, analyse and monitor technology metrics - Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape in the market - Maintain current knowledge of data protection regulations and market practices - Design, Implement Institutionalize Information Security Management practices & obtain relevant certifications & accreditations - Recruitment, retention and advancement of high quality and a motivated team - Regular reviews of the team productivity / skillsets and identification of additional skillsets required / recruitment / rightsizing opportunities Educational Qualifications: BTech, MBA or any Management Studies preferred, Certifications in Data Security will be an added advantage Technical Skillsets: Product Orientation with Product Marketing Outlook Architecting MVC / Micro Services platforms Extensive Project Management & Organizational skills Legal acumen to ensure IT & Information Security Protection Specific exposure to IT environment in the following languages / platforms: Python/Django, PHP Laravel,.Net core with Linux OS, RDBS & No Sql Database For more details HR Sivasakthi **Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: - Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - CTO: 7 years (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 75% (preferred)
