**Subject Matter Expert - AR**

**JOB Location**:IT Park, Chandigarh

**ONLY NIGHT SHIFT**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Provide expert knowledge on medical billing processes and insurance-related issues.
2. Contribute to process improvement by identifying and solving billing issues, denials, and payment irregularities.
3. Support team members in handling claims and billing matters.
4. Work on credentialing tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date provider information.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimized workflows.
6. Develop and provide clear and accurate reports.
- Possess extensive experience in medical billing, specifically in insurance billing, payments, denial management, and credentialing.
- Have a strong understanding of medical billing software and reporting tools
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ready to work in US shifts.
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh - 160101, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
