You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI agents . The ideal candidate is an innovator who applies next-generation AI technologies to solve complex challenges, enhance system intelligence, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon . Architect and implement RAG systems for improved accuracy and contextual responses. Design and manage AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or equivalent. Integrate and optimize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for semantic search. Utilize real-time inference engines (e.g., Groq) to enhance model efficiency. Improve model outputs through prompt engineering, context optimization, and token management . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into enterprise-grade products. Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, and multimodal systems . Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP projects. Strong understanding of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector-based search systems . Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for AI application development. Experience in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment . Familiarity with AI ecosystems such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Anthropic . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inference engines like Groq . Knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) . Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management . Experience with multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech).
