**Job Summary**:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow, accuracy, and efficiency across departments. The role involves coordination, documentation, and communication to maintain process quality and achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily process activities between departments.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, records, and reports.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely task completion.
- Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Identify bottlenecks and assist in process optimization.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Assist in training and guiding new team members.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
