Insurance Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Actively seek and generate new business leads by prospecting potential clients, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the various insurance products offered, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance, to effectively advise clients.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and ensure their needs are continuously met.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Consistently monitor and evaluate personal sales performance.
- **Policy Renewals**: Assist clients with policy renewals, ensuring they are aware of coverage updates and offering any necessary adjustments to policies.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and changes in insurance laws and regulations to better advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Customer Education**: Educate clients on policy details, benefits, exclusions, and claims processes to ensure they fully understand their coverage.
- **Cross-Selling**: Identify cross-selling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry, or in a similar client-facing sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- High level of customer service and the ability to address client concerns and inquiries promptly.
- A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales, especially in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Ability to identify client needs and match them with the right products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
