Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Operations**
- Formulate and implement Admin SOPs and policies.
- Oversee stationery, pantry, and housekeeping management.
- Maintain cleanliness across office premises including washrooms, reception, and departments.
**2. Vendor Management**
- Develop new vendor relationships and negotiate best pricing.
- Coordinate with service providers (carpenter, electrician, etc.).
- Manage vendor payments and performance tracking.
**3. Facility & Maintenance**
- Handle AMC for ACs, CCTV, intercom, and water filters.
- Ensure timely maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and office assets.
**4. Event & Logistics Support**
- Track inward/outward stock for events and ensure timely transportation.
- Coordinate event stall repair and material arrangements.
- Arrange logistics and materials for company events or festivals.
**5. Compliance & Renewals**
- Renew office lease agreements and statutory licenses (Gumasta, Shops & Establishment).
- Manage inter-office visits (HO, Accounts, Studio).
**6. Travel & Asset Management**
- Handle ticket and hotel bookings for staff.
- Ensure proper handover of company assets (ID cards, laptops, SIMs, etc.) from resigned employees.
**7. Security & Confidentiality**
- Oversee CCTV surveillance and office security.
- Maintain confidentiality in sensitive tasks assigned by higher management.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be based in or near **Thane**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
