**About the Role**:*

**Orphic Solution** seeks a talented and motivated **Digital Marketing Executive** to plan, execute, and oversee digital campaigns. The role involves managing a team of SEO, social media, and content professionals to drive online visibility and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and more).
- Lead and manage a team of SEO, social media, and content marketing professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Plan and monitor the company’s online presence across all digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators for campaign execution.
- Manage Orphic Solution’s brand identity and online reputation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ensure all campaigns align with business goals and client requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:*
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other creative design platforms.
- Familiarity with website management platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
