**Job Description - MBA Sales & Marketing (Fresher/Experienced)**

**Position Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive (MBA)-Females
**Location**: [Insert Location, Hyderabad]
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To**: Sales/Marketing Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Objective**

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support**
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations (with/without supervision depending on experience).
- Generate leads through networking, research, and digital platforms.

**Marketing Activities**
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, product catalogs, and presentations.

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping.
- Gather customer feedback to support product/service improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with existing clients for service support and queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and timely responses.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles (basic for freshers, applied for experienced).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

**Educational Qualification**
- Additional certifications in digital marketing/CRM tools will be an added advantage.

**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/events (as required).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
