**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students, addressing their queries and providing detailed information on academic programs.
- Counsel students and parents, providing expert guidance on choosing academic programs that align with their goals and needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of sales techniques, program offerings, and the academic landscape to maximize student enrollments.
- Meet and exceed business targets within established timelines.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close enrollments and foster long-term relationships.
- Track and report sales activities, sharing insights and feedback with management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-4 years in counseling, sales, or a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to drive enrollments.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines and achieving sales goals.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
