**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handling Student Queries**:

- Providing accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Assisting students with registrations and follow-ups.
- **Front Office Management**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors at the reception.
- Maintaining records, managing appointments, and coordinating with departments.
- Handling administrative tasks like data entry and documentation.
- **Telecalling & Lead Generation**:

- Calling potential students to promote Biomentors’ courses.
- Explaining course details, benefits, and fee structures.
- Converting leads into admissions through effective communication.
- Maintaining a database of prospective students and following up regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication in **Hindi and English**.
- Prior experience in **telecalling, customer support, or receptionist roles** preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
