Responsible for Quality. Produce quality product without rejection/rework.
- Jaws/Fixture /Tooling /setting has to be done independently without supervisor.
- Tool offset/ work offset/ proving first article as per given program.
- First piece inspection report has to be filled and maintained as per drawing.
- Must operate two machine as per layout / plan.
- Responsible for improving Efficiency - operator efficiency above 90% and OEE not less than 70%.
- Online deburring of component during machine Auto cycle.
- During long Cycle chip generated during turning operation has to be removed and chip trolley emptied in scrap yard. No helper will be provided.
- Operator in co-ordination with supervisor to ensure that latest drawing revision is being followed.
- Reduction in machine down time ( i.e changeover time/set up time ),inspection & Tool change time.
- Responsible for keeping Jigs, Fixture, Tooling in good condition.
- Responsible for controlling consumption of inserts ,Tooling
- Responsible for handling measuring instruments properly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
