
Front Desk Executive

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using booking software.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, transcription, and document preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Manage calendars for appointments and meetings, ensuring effective calendar management.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service position is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management tasks including clerical duties and executive administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
