**Profile Introduction**:
As a Front Desk Executive, you will serve as the face of the company and the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
- Manage the reception area, including keeping it tidy and presentable.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide information to visitors and staff regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access to the building.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
