**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop role specifications, and create recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- **Offer Management**: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- **Data Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.
- **Employer Branding**: Assist in building and promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to help guide recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Staffing Firm.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring best practices.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other social media sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume hiring environment.
