We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Supervisor to join our property management team. As a Property Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Property Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure that the property is in excellent condition at all times.
- Oversee and perform cleaning tasks in bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other spaces accessible to guests.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair requests, completed tasks, and any ongoing concerns.

**2. Cleaning and Housekeeping**:

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Train and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they follow established cleaning protocols and complete their tasks to the required standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and to the satisfaction of guests.

**3. Guest Satisfaction**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to any guest concerns or requests related to property cleanliness and maintenance.
- Take proactive measures to address and resolve issues that may impact the comfort or satisfaction of guests.
- Regularly communicate with the Property Manager to provide updates on maintenance activities and any outstanding concerns.

**4. Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance activities adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated on best practices for property maintenance and implement appropriate procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Train staff on safety protocols and ensure they follow guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

**5. Food and beverage service**
- Ensure high service standards are followed in terms of fnb service, presentation & quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- Previous experience in property maintenance, housekeeping, or a hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,612.51 - ₹34,497.85 per month
