Ticketing tool - SNOW Service Now
- Detail Knowledge of SAN / NAS/ Fabric with troubleshooting
- Carry out proactive and reactive administration on Storage (Hitachi ,HCP, NetApp) along with Brocade switches or Cisco switches
- Allocation - deallocation of storage replication, True copy
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
- Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime / availability
- Review of SOPs and Operational Run books
- Zone modification
- Hands on experience and ability to do Root cause analysis, Problem & Capacity Management
- Good understanding of firmware upgrades on storage and switches and HDLM installation
- Good team member
- Understanding of business requirement and executing in effective way.
- Can handle shift independently
- Reporting incident and escalated to respective vendor and team providing primary analysis
- 24 by 7 - Rotational shift across Client DCs
- Ownership and accountability towards work
- Team Sprit & Leadership quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
