**Job Title**: Political Surveyor / Political Researcher
**Location**: Bihar (Multiple Constituencies)
**Employment Type**: Project-Based / Contractual
**Duration**: Until Completion of Bihar Assembly Elections 2025
**Reporting To**: Political Campaign Manager / Strategy Head

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door surveys, focus groups, and opinion polls across urban and rural constituencies.
- Analyze political trends, past election data, and current public sentiment to create actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data analysts and campaign strategists to refine voter outreach plans.
- Track local media, social media, and political developments in assigned regions.
- Prepare constituency-wise reports with summaries of findings, charts, and recommendations.
- Support booth-level planning, SWOT analysis, and vote share projections.
- Ensure authenticity, accuracy, and confidentiality of the data collected.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience in political research, market research, or fieldwork (especially in Bihar) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and local dialects (e.g., Maithili, Magahi, Bhojpuri).
- Ability to travel extensively across constituencies.
- Knowledge of political landscape, caste equations, and electoral behavior in Bihar.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent analytical and observational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and survey tools like KoBoToolbox, SurveyMonkey, etc.
- Familiarity with GIS mapping, data visualization, and statistical tools is a plus.
- Team player with adaptability and cultural sensitivity.

**Compensation**:
Based on experience, location, and scope of work. Travel and field expenses will be reimbursed as per company norms.
