**Job Opening - Social Media Executive**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Social Media Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive social media reports with insights on traction, reach, and engagement.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to enhance social media performance.
- Content & Engagement Management
- Assist in content planning and scheduling to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Monitor audience interactions, respond to queries, and escalate key concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Political Awareness & Industry Knowledge
- A basic understanding of Andhra Pradesh politics is preferred to align content and engagement strategies effectively.
- Track and analyze political narratives to enhance relevant social media content.
- Google Workspace & Reporting
- Use Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides to compile performance reports and presentations.
- Ensure reports are client-ready, well-structured, and visually appealing.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital communication or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reach, engagement, and traction.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and deliver polished, client-ready outputs.
- Basic knowledge of Andhra Pradesh politics is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in political social media management or public relations is a plus.

**Location**: Hyderabad

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
