**Job Summary**:

- A Counter Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and restock merchandise on counters and shelves.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the sales counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
- **Upselling**: Promote customers additional products, special offers, and loyalty programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or Graduated
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle transactions accurately, and good organizational skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise as needed.
- Familiarity with using cash registers and other sales equipment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
