Angloverse is an early-stage edtech startup offering personalised online IELTS classes to students pursuing a career abroad or professionals looking for migrating to foreign countries. We enable students to achieve higher bands through lower student-tutor ratios, casual organisational culture, and by providing a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

We are a small remote team based out of Kochi and are looking for a driven and ambitious Student Services Coordinator to join our growing team

**What will you be doing**:

- Coordinating classes for students by liasing between teachers and students.
- Managing calendars of group sessions and handling student queries through WhatsApp and Calls
- Primary point of contact for students to collect feedback, resolve complaints and finding solutions to ad-hoc issues that may rise up.
- Conducting smooth onboarding of new students to ensure that they are well taken care of.

**What are we looking for**:

- Strong communication skills - you love talking to people and can build a good rapport with anyone
- Problem-Solving skills - you are solution oriented with a “can-do” attitude
- Good command of
- Organisational Skills - you like keeping things clean and organised
- Tech savvy - open to learning and using Excel, CRMs, Service desk softwares, and collaboration tools like Slack
- Previous Experience in Customer Service, Education space or any client-facing role (is a plus)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
