**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell PCB Must’s IoT hardware development and PCB design services to target clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the technology or hardware sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
