At GSK Pharma, we are offering an exciting internship within our HR team, where you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of HR while supporting critical business goals. This is a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of HR’s role in driving organizational success and learn how data-driven insights shape talent strategy across different HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and insights across different HR areas and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance.
Projects that will be assigned could be across any of the below areas:
- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with HR business partners to align HR strategies with business needs, supporting the development of initiatives that drive performance, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth.
- Talent Management: Assist in talent development initiatives, including leadership programs, performance management, and career pathing, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support the compensation team in analyzing pay structures, benefits trends, and competitive benchmarking, contributing to the development of equitable and competitive compensation strategies.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Analyze employee engagement data, feedback surveys, and retention metrics, working with the team to recommend data-driven initiatives to enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and overall engagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Contribute to the recruitment process by analyzing talent pipelines, assessing recruitment metrics, and supporting the development of talent acquisition strategies that meet the company’s evolving business needs.
- Employee Relations: Support the employee relations team by analyzing trends in employee concerns, grievances, and feedback, contributing to strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment.
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with senior HR leaders and cross-functional teams to understand how HR data and analytics drive key decisions across different HR functions. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines, from talent management and compensation to employee engagement and recruitment, all while gaining practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
