**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design creative visuals for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, banners, brochures, packaging, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate messaging into engaging visual content.
- Work on product presentations, client proposals, and branding collateral.
- Edit and enhance images for campaigns and advertisements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and suggest innovative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX or basic web design is a bonus.
