**Job Summary**: As a Graphic Designer at Proplyy, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to produce a wide range of materials, from digital graphics to print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Develop layouts, typography, and color schemes that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to ensure innovative and cutting-edge designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials and other internal communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
