- Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls Answer Calls Professionally And Provide Information About Products And Services.
- Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Inquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions, Taken Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests.

- Fluent Communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Handling International Customers Over The Call Or Chat - Customer Care

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
