- **Client Outreach**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to promote Wealth Wright’s banking and wealth management products.

- **Customer Support**: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with account-related requests.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification - High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, especially in the banking or financial services industry, is highly preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a professional and clear tone. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- **Product Knowledge**: Basic understanding of banking, investment, and financial products. Willingness to learn about various financial services.
